1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our customer service team. A 100% deposit is required to confirm the order.
2. Design Approval: Customers are responsible for approving the final design of their wedding cards before printing. Once approved, no further changes can be made, and any additional revisions may incur extra charges.
3. Payment: Full payment is required before the order can be processed. We accept payment through online payment gateways and bank transfers.
4. Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur charges for the work already completed.
5. Delivery: We strive to deliver orders within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation issues, or other events beyond our control.
6. Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, 2% to 3% minor variations in color, texture, and design may occur due to the printing process and materials used.
7. Printing: For printing we will contact you in the given number and share a form to fill printing details (KINDLY CHECK IT TWICE) once printed cannot be return/replace.
8. Returns and Refunds: We accept replacement for defective or damaged products. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order to be eligible for a replacement contact us on theinvotaweddingcards@gmail.com or +91 8207282121.
9. Copyright: Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use any logos, images, or text submitted for their wedding cards. Invota Wedding Cards will not be held liable for any copyright infringement issues.
10. Privacy: We respect our customers' privacy and will only use their personal information for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share this information with third parties without consent.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
By placing an order with Invota Wedding Cards, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Policy
1. We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
2. Orders are processed and shipped within 6-7 business days (For Without Print Cards).
3. Orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days (For With Print Cards).
4. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address.
5. We use reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters.
6. Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided after the order is shipped.

Replacement Policy
1. We accept replacement within 1 days of delivery, provided the items are in good condition, in their original packaging.
2. To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
3. Once the replacement is approved, customers can ship the items back to us at their own expense.
4. Once the replacement items are received and inspected the replaced items will be delivered as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order but before the start of production will be eligible for a partial refund, minus any costs incurred for design work or materials.
3. Once production has started, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Changes to the order (such as quantity, design, or wording) may be accommodated before production starts, but additional charges may apply.
Printing Policy
1. Proofing: Customers will receive a digital proof of their wedding card design for approval before printing begins. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof for any errors in text, layout, or design. Once approved, changes may incur additional charges and delays.
2. Printing Process: Printing will commence only after the customer has approved the digital proof. Our team will ensure that the final printed wedding cards match the approved proof in terms of color, size, and design to the best extent possible.
3. Quality Assurance: We strive to maintain the highest standards of printing quality. In the rare event that there is a misprint or defect in the wedding cards, please contact us immediately to discuss possible solutions, which may include reprinting or refunds.
4. Turnaround Time: The printing turnaround time will be communicated to the customer upon approval of the proof. Any delays in the printing process will be communicated promptly, and efforts will be made to expedite the process without compromising quality.
5. Additional Services: We offer additional services such as rush printing, specialty printing finishes, and addressing services for an additional fee. Customers interested in these services should contact us after placing the order.
